A3CEES core-leaders are expected to attend, but it is also open to persons desiring to attend. The weekend will conclude with licensing to clergy, ordination and graduation services.

Christ-based Place of Healing and Wholeness and in 2010 A Daily Word!!!
Do you know most confessed believers pray inconsistently if at all. If they barely pray, it is because they almost never read God's word. In January Dr. DavidSon will add a Word-for-the Day to his twitter place of Healing and Wholeness. The Word he shares will be a nugget, jewel, or reminder from his daily reading as he treks each day through Scripture from Genesis 1:1 through Revelation 22:21. Now, this is a quaint place of Healing and Wholeness. Unlike the A3CEES web sites, it's not designed for the hundreds, thousands, or millions, but like the pearl of Great price. It's for the few who seek and find it.

2010 and Beyond Office Space for Christ-based Ministries Nationwide, and Expanding New Ministries

A3CEES, Ministry Numbers for 2009
 A3CEES created a stand-alone system to measure the ministry's reach based on dollar invested. The system is an objectives based metric required to assess the ministry's success. There are three principles, which capture our objectives: 1. Invite - aggressively market the organization's existence, purpose and availability 2. Inform - provide the participants who invest their time with information essential to viable and qualitative living 3. Engage - Offer training, education and social-health services requiring the participants to become interactive with the products and services we deliver. We use statistical indicators or metrics to measure the ministry's performance:
Visit Threshold or Gross Annual Visitors-(Measured by the number of visits); Resident Participants-(Measured by the number of computers or ip addresses or persons who represent the returning base of web activity); Annual Usage Activity-(Measured by the number of hits, which includes links ); Participant Usage Activity-(This represents the degree to which each resident participant is using the systems).

A3CEES Anticipates BMI and ASCAP Licensing
 A3CEES Enters License Agreement s with Sound Design, BMI, ASCAP
If you've noticed, as A3CEES' video vault continues to grow and improve, it includes sound-tracks from major artists. There are licensing requirements that must be paid to the artists and their companies. This is the second year A3CEES will enter agreements with Sound Design, BMI, and ASCAP to lawfully use these recorded productions.
We give this notice to the public and Christian community. Believers who are using commercial recordings in churches, web sites, and other ministries are encouraged to do likewise. |

Graduate Colloquiums
Beginning in 2010, Graduate and Post-Graduate students will begin attending colloquiums quarterly. These meetings will be held virtually, and ministry students will discuss topics, share academic findings, and report on ministry developments. Colloquium guidelines will be sent to every graduate and post-graduate student no later than January 4, 2010. |

 The video and production work for the Christ-based Counseling credentials program is completed. The Beta version will be available by January 1, 2010. Even if you have completed the program, it is strongly recommended that you see the videos. What a Year! Economic Recession, Ministry Growth
 It's the end of year, and while we do not live in the past, we remember what God has done. Did your ministry grow in any way this year? Did you move the ball of service forward? Did you maintain? Did recession make you reduce services?
We all know funding is a serious resource, but it must not have significant bearing on our purpose. It is in these extraordinary periods that we think "outside-of-the box" as the cliche is stated. I love to add, "'think'outside-of-the-box, but inside the stadium." This year we maintained our core ministries and ... We celebrated a teenager freed from all charges. We learned and launched a major grant capability that we did not have. We now have grant know-how! We launched the Institute of Advanced Management to prepare ministers with ministry administration and management disciplines (a glaring weakness). The ministry initiated LiveSteam (Mogulus) web-television capability, and entered license agreements with the nation's major commercial music consortiums. We held our first board reviews, and how could we forget, Worship Before Church to launch, 2009. However, I cannot stop there . We did not stop, drop, or reduce anything. We must say, to God be the glory! May the Lord be with every Christ-based clergy, counselor, and educator into the new year. Amen! Amen!! Amen!!!
