During the quarter a number of our A3CEES team members experienced loved-ones go home to be with the Lord. Roger Weaver our IT expert's wife Cordelia.Lester Robinson, A3CEES' financial officer experienced his father's passing, and in January Dr. DavidSon's father went home. There are a number of other ministry friends and relatives who experienced the sting-of-death, but we are so thankful that death does not have the final say nor does the grave have the ultimate victory. We who are in-Christ never die! And one day even our bodies will be brand new. Amen! Let us pray for one another.

We pray for the family and congregation of First Baptist Maryville whose pastor (Dr. Fred Winters) was gunned down in the pulpit during service on Sunday, March 8th. There's a rise of gun violence in churches. Churches are encouraged to seriously consider their safety and security measures in this period of despair. |
White House Faith-based Grants Preparation Meeting
A number of you are interested in our grants effort, which will begin with a meeting Thursday evening March 12th at 9:00 pm, ET. This will be an on-going application effort in pursuit of numerous grant opportunities. We'll be discussing what you'll need if you desire to be a part of any proposal among other expectations. We'll be using dimdim technology for the presentation. You will not need a camera unless you desire to be seen and use voice for questions. However, if you desire to ask questions without a web-cam, you can do so through the typical-chat capability. Christ-based Counselors and Faith-life Coaches or persons who plan to receive their credentials can attend by using this link. The discussions will be proprietary. So, persons who plan to attend must satisfy one or more of the credentialed programs, or be currently matriculating in a program (President Obama, and Pastor Rick Warren in pic).

| New Christ-based Counseling Offering Schedule
and
Advisory Support
Often our counselors have difficulty determining what their ministries should suggest for clients and counselees.
NACCBC has posted a suggested offering schedule for Christ-based Counseling ministries to share with their clients and counselees.
Counselees desire an idea of what they are to offer for services. It is so interesting that people invest in entertainment, vices and habits, but often seek their most important health and spiritual needs for free.
Obviously, there are times when we desire to assist counselees regardless of their circumstances. However, most of the time participants need to invest in their healing and equipping for ministry.
Nevertheless, the offering schedule is based on income level. Ultimately, each counselor has to determine what counselees can offer.

A3CEES TV and A WORSHIP BEFORE CHURCH EXPERIENCE
A3CEES launched an internet broadcasting system during the quarter called A3CEES TV giving A3CEES live broadcasting capability.
Participants don't need any special software. Mogulus operating in concert with CNN launched the Beta version of the internet studio. A3CEES moved swiftly to learn the studio console and other features patterned after broadcasting studios. A3CEES' first ministry project is The Worship Before Church one-on-one worship experience with Dr. DavidSon.
What we traditionally call worship has been overtaken by other activities.
The pilot included a Biblical discourse on worship and a series of messages on "Jesus the Healer" including a Worship Introduction by Kirk Franklin.
Participants discovered that worship means to "bow-down." Saturday services have become a major scheduling alternative in the Southwest and other areas of the nation. The program airs on Saturdays at 7:00 ET, 6:00pm CT. Cant' make it for the Saturday experience. You can watch any of the worship programming by using the On-Demand button . This way you can tune-in as the need arises.

Video Library Update and Discount Books
Several videos have been added to the A3CEES library. All persons who have completed the credentials program previously should return to the site and go to step 1. It is an orientation that you may not have seen before.
Also, a series of videos have been added to Youtube and A3CEES TV for the Mogulus community. These are channels where Light is needed. Use videos in the christbasedcounseling.or web site to assist your counseling experience. Encourage your counselees, friends, and others to see selected videos as needed.
Concept Papers and Books.
There are three powerful steps in the counseling process. Remember, the power and authority is not in you or the counselee. You facilitate the counseling experience. Your principal effort is to get God's Word into the believer by 1. The counselee reads the assigned Christ-based exercise or book. 2. The counselee writes the appropriate responses. 3. The counselee discusses each response with you. All of this is deluged by you and the counselee in daily strategic prayer for forty days.

Lose Your Job, Lose Your Home, But Never Lose Your Mind!
 Several million people have lost their jobs in the last year. A record number have lost homes. A man and wife lose their jobs. The husband murders his whole family (shown in pic). In the midst of all the despair one woman figures how she'll make money. She'll have more children. She adds eight children to the six she has for a total of fourteen children. Another woman is involved with a monkey. The monkey becomes agitated so she gives him Xanax to calm him down. Why not? She bathes with him, and whatever else who knows? The monkey is out of control. So, she calls for her friend. The friend arrives and the monkey disfigures the friend's face. The owner is heard on the 911 call saying, "hurry he's killing my girl friend." Almost sounds as if the monkey was tired of what all three of them were doing in-darkness on occasion. Even a monkey knows better.
Now that banks, auto and numerous other corporations' stocks hover around $1.00 maybe I can become a big-time stock portfolio holder. Nope! Don't think so. The bottom is yet to come before a recovery. What's my point?
 Our refuge is not in jobs or careers. Our refuge is not in homes. Our refuge is not in fame. Our refuge is not in our pets. Our refuge is not in 401Ks and retirement. Our refuge is not in our families. These all can sour. I've lived the American nightmare: loss job, loss home, destroyed credit, collapsed family. Happiness is a fleeing thing, BUT no one can ever take my joy. It is in times like this, we discover in-whom we place our trust. Yes, we have our difficult days, but believers shine in darkness!!! My namesake David said it this way, "I was young, but now I'm old, but I have never seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging for bread.( Psalms 37:25)" Do you think you'll be the first to go begging? And here's the key if you feel you are about to lose your mind. Isaiah was deeply troubled by the disobedience of God's people who were in deplorable condition and doomed to be defeated by their enemies. He counseled himself, "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You: because he trust in You (Isaiah 26:3). |

 BANE AND FRIENDS RETURN TO CHRISTBASED WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
Wayne Mebane (Bane) a major contributor and advisor to A3CEES video work decided it was time to drop some pounds. Bane who is one of the original Christ-based Weight Management(CBWM) participants shared that he "fell off the wagon." Recently, he returned to the CBWM principles, and he surpassed 4 weeks of "7 days of Heaven." If you do not know about the notorious, "7 days of Heaven" it is a span of 7 days when the believer schedules two meals while fasting and abstaining. Remember, there's fasting, abstaining and Biblical food principles that Jesus demonstrated.
When asked how he feels, Bane replied, "Great. I plan to loose sixty pounds. Then I'm going to fast twice a week or more. You know, I'm the one who produced Christ-based Weight Management so those principles are always running through my mind." Along with the Christ-based Weight Management DVD, Mebane's production ministry (Timeless Inspiration) has produced a number of video presentations. Most notably, you may have seen his video production on the NFL Channel featuring Deon Sanders with young athletes, "Prime U." He does extensive work for Sander's Primetimeplayers. Bane gives testimony, "Look here, I fell off the wagon and laid in the streets. I was bigger than I'd ever been in my life, but now I'm loosing weight and inches. Man, it doesn't get any better than God's Word."
No doubt, the next time you see Mebane he'll be more like Jesus than he has been in some time. |
CollegePlex Student Rockholt Turns Courses into Immediate Practical Value
Pastor's wife, women's-group facilitator and CollegePlex graduate student Sandra Rockholt of  Sweetwater, TN matriculates through courses like a sponge devouring requirements. But she does not stop there. She possesses the ability to move from a learner to teacher to employ what she has devoured. She's already taught several studies for her church including Joy Therapy addressing the issue of depression. This is so important for mature-adult students. They must see the connection between what they are learning and practical ministry applications. CollegePlex course programming is designed so that course requirements can be used as the source material for courses instructed with a local ministry. Need information? Milk-to-Maturity Graduates
Become Milk-to-Maturity Facilitators
 As persons in ministry across the nation continue gaining the Milk-to-Maturity experience, the home base continues to lead the way. Two of the original students who worked two years with Dr. DavidSon have launched the program with 40 students at Westside in Lewisville, Texas. Marian Hicks and Jackie Massey (Marian shown in pic) are facilitating the program scheduled to complete in December. An objective of discipleship is identifying persons who will catch the vision and continue. Milk-to-Maturity is a Christ-based Counseling concept program. The program is developed on the fact that the majority of issues and difficulties we face and our inability to cope is because we have not been fully developed into mature believers. Milk-to-Maturity is the long range program to ensure that believers are fully prepared to live the faith-life. Numerous believers across the nation have completed the program. ECB Academy Expanding Scope
DavidSon Institute A Christ-based Secondary School for Adults
A little over a year ago A3CEES began the set-up for the Emmanuel Christ-based Academy 5 - 12. ECB Academy is currently accepting student applications. Obviously, the recession is a challenge to any ministry calling for tuition across the nation. However, the Academy is not limiting the vision. The Academy is launching an Adult School Division named after Dr. DavidSon, the DavidSon Institute for adults who have not completed their high school education, and students who need alternative educational opportunities.
The school will feature an independent mentor approach with Abeka curriculum or CD-based instruction for General Educational requirements and Christian and Biblical studies through other A3CEES educational platforms. This will provide the flexibility needed for adults and students requiring alternative education at a fraction of the cost of typical private education. New Counselors On-Board
Recession No Problem for NACCBC
  The recession is not stopping NACCBCs growth. This year (2009) has witnessed record for new counselors. Remember, NACCBC is not a join-up organization. Counselors must be credentialed to become members. Meanwhile, several counselors successfully completed their board-review. We introduce three of them: Clark Williams, Debra Green, and Carol Williams (no relationship to Clark other than in Jesus). Clark is currently a ministry leader in Mountain Home, Idaho. Counselor Williams is retired military. He has a marvelous testimony about serious difficulties in his marital relationship, and how the Lord worked wonderfully to restore his relationship with his wife (Dana). While the accuser (Satan) would dare Counselor Williams to become a ministry leader with his wife, often God chooses persons who have fallen in an area-of- life to become champions in-that-same area for Jesus. If you do not believe this principle, then ask Moses the life-taker (murderer) who became Moses the liberator and life-giver. Ask Saul the persecutor against-the-Church, who became Paul the soul winner for-the-Church to name a few examples.
Debra Greene is a school-teacher in the Dallas Metroplex who loves the Lord. She's one of those persons who embraces new challenges with extraordinary passion. Although she has an advanced degree, her plan is to complete additional Christian graduate studies through the Collegeplex.
Carol Williams is a resident of Houston, Texas. Carol was so consumed by the Milk-to-Maturity (M2M) she exceeded the first trimester requirement and decided she would complete the Faith-life Coach licensure requiring all three trimesters including the AMLP. During Course 5, New-life Faith, she was progressing so quickly, Dr. DavidSon who can see all submissions to A3CEES' web system by phone interjected by text with a question from the beginning of the M2M program, "what are the three principles causing faith-life principles to explode in the life of believers?" He thought she might be simply answering questions and not comprehending the principles. She replied almost as swiftly, "know the principle, embrace the principle as true, pray that the Lord through the Holy Spirit will explode the principles in the believers life. " Hmmm. She showed him. "You go Carol!" We congratulate all three for pursuing ministry excellence and desiring to facilitate God's healing.

Ministries and the Real Recovery Stimulus Package
An Opportunity to Shine to His Glory!
Regardless of where you stand on the Recovery Stimulus Package, it is law. This is an extraordinary time in our history, and it calls for extraordinary measures. I further believe that the fear and uncertainty calls for God's people with vision to seize the opportunity. This is not the time to retreat to a shell because of a dwindling offering plate. Ministries need to reconsider priorities of our Commission to save the lost, and strengthen the redeemed and cut-out or modify the extra-curricular activities that are not core ministries. Moreover, I liken this period to Urban Renewal of the 1960s and 1970s. Many churches were able to take advantage of the efforts by buying property to expand their facilities and upgrade their neighborhoods.
This is similar since we have an opportunity to pursue or principal life mission in Jesus Christ and help our nation to recover economically. Consider that H.R. 1, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 has 100 million dollars targeted for grants involving faith-based organization.
Additionally, the White House Faith-based program has been enhanced, and is less-likely to be used politically. The decisions will be made by a group of religious representatives from a wide range of religious groups.
Therefore, ministries, particularly those who are national in-scope must envision how they can use the opportunity to further the Gospel and help the nation spiritually and economically. Consider that the thrust of the new administration is three prong: Energy, Health, and Education. You can expect that grants will be inundated with these themes within every agency announcing a grant. Since A3CEES operates in two of the three areas (Health and Education), we have already began to identify grant opportunities and how we can bring our Christ-based mission to health and education agencies seeking partnership with faith-based organizations.
We are excited about the opportunity, and we look forward to networking with churches and ministries throughout the United States to leverage superior applications for grant funding. Our first meeting is Thursday, March 12 at 9:00 ET. I look forward to launching this effort.
