Milk-to-Meat NEWS
Four groups have completed the Milk-to-Meat/Maturity program since May 2007. This program was designed to cover the key faith-life principles for human functioning, and provide the most important principles, covenants, and promises in the faith.
Graduation Set for May 21, 2008
This year's graduation is scheduled for May 21, 2008. Persons who participated in the program in the last year still have time to complete the requirements.
Persons who have completed Christ-based credential programs during the period will also be recognized. Persons intending to graduate should ensure that all requirements are completed, and forward the graduation fee of 25.00 to Jackie Massey if you are in the local area, or use Paypal. Send the graduation fee to NACCBCandCPCS@aol.com.
Graduates will dress in uninterrupted black. As with last year, a stole will be anointed when graduates are honored.
Milk-to-Meat Alumni
Milk-to-Meat alumni will be taking a leading part in the graduation. Please contact Jackie Massey by email if you will be participating. We look forward to you participating in the choir and sharing.
Milk-to-Meat Superstars Work All Hours of the Day, Night and Early Morning Even Through Personal Illness to Become Complete Believers
Each course in the program represents 1 point. A minimum of 32 points are required. Every course must be completed. There are several participants who are well above 32 points because they have both attended the classes and completed each course independently. Additionally, these persons have participated in evangelistic or mission trips. They are ahead of schedule, and submitting course work often in the earliest hours of the morning. These are our golden crown candidates:
Lakeysa Brown (71), Ulysses Brown (73), Chester James (70), Romona Harrelson (70), Leon Potter (73), Stephanie Strider (71), Etois Mclendon (70), Rosie Dodd (84), Toronto Spikes (84), Sheryl Spikes (81), Debra Covington (70).
There are several in the honorable mention category with 60 or more: Roger Weaver, Tameal Fisher, Sandra Gordon, Andre Rue, Tai DavidSon, Linda Jackson, Clint Walker, Tammy Walker, Vickie Mckenzie, David Strider.
We congratulate those who have completed the journey, and encourage those of you who still have time. Hats off to the local M2M team of Jackie Massey, Marian Hicks, Minister Taft Sales, and national support by Karen Ridgeway and Dennise Bates.
Milk-to-Meat A Model Institute and Church Education Program
The Milk-to-Maturity program represents a discipleship program with mandatory requirements. Churches often shy from programs with mandatory requirements in the fear that persons won't participate. Consider that the very meaning of witness is our word martyr. While there should be no effort to enslave people to a program, church programs need to hold persons to a discipleship standard. People cannot be adequately developed if they are allowed to miss important principles or participate as they desire.
It is a critical period when persons make a confession of Jesus Christ and join a fellowship. They must be embraced by their fellowship and immediately directed into faith-life programming. It is a time when they are open to whatever direction or required activities. Participants have demonstrated that not only is it possible in a local church setting to establish mandatory requirements, but desirous. As witnessed in this newsletter many of them exceed the requirements.

Christ-based Counselors of the Quarter
This quarter we highlight Dr. T.J. Denson and Sister D. Pastor Denson and his wife lead Macedonia Ministries in Lewisville, Texas. Macedonia has the distinction of having more Christ-based Counselors than any other church in the nation. He required all of his leaders to go through the program, and that is exactly what they did nine years ago. He's an avid athlete including basketball and golf. This is his thirtieth year in ministry. So, he's probably retired the converse all-stars, but as we understand he still hits the golf ball for show. When you meet him, he's one of the most transparent men you will ever meet. You will not be around him for one minute before the name of Jesus comes forth from his mouth. He and his wife simply love Jesus. So, we gladly celebrate the Densons and Macedonia Ministries this quarter. We further join Macedonia in celebrating 123 years of service for our Lord on March 30, 2008. 'Pastor T.J. and Sis D., we know the Lord will continue to uphold you as you fulfill His will.'
Nation's Exclusive Christ-based Counseling Program Scheduled for Taping
If you have been through the NACCBC credential program, you move through several steps to earn credentials. The next generation of improvements is to have each step available through video delivery. Filming is scheduled for May. Morse Street Baptist in Denton, Texas will be the backdrop for the courses. We extend a special thanks to Pastor Larry Willis and his congregation for collaborating with A3CEES on the effort. It is sure to be a blessing locally and nationwide. Persons in the local area are invited to attend the series of sessions, which lead to basic certification or the Advanced Mastery Licensing. The schedule will be distributed for those who would like to attend.
NACCBC offers Recession Scholarships for Credential Programs
The nation is hampered by economic difficulty including rising fuel costs, a housing crisis and rising unemployment. As with the general public, these conditions affect God's people. A major principal of A3CEES ministries is what's called ministry sensitive fees and tuition. We have adjusted our fees and tuition during this period. We do this by providing scholarships, which allows persons to continue with ministry development without assuming major debt. This is a great time to take advantage of this excellent opportunity.

In periods of recession, and with growing demand a number of credentialed counselors and faith-life coaches are interested in advanced education for mature adult believers. It is our desire to support the complete development process with programming that is leading-edge, readily available, viable, cost sensitive, no non-sense, and thoroughly Biblical. If this is what you seek, contact the CollegePlex administrators located in California. Use the CollegePlex link to review the program, and if you are further interested use the email link, or let us know. We'll assist you.
If He's called you, and provided the opportunity for your preparation, He will open the door of ministry for you.
Remember, 'God does not call prepared people, but He calls us to prepare, continuosly' (author unknown).

A3CEES Begins
Virtual Middle and High School
Responding to the growth of human-secularism and anti-Christian policy in public schools, A3CEES has initiated efforts to launch an on-line nationwide middle and high school. The school will highlight core and elective courses in a virtual setting. More importantly, the private education will feature solid Christian perspectives in all disciplines. Above all, the goal is to keep the tuition in a range that will be affordable compared to typical private education. Karen Ridgeway is an Advanced Mastery Licensed counselor and administrator with the Elk Grove School District in California. She and Dennise Bates are leading the way with the effort. We are excited about this ministry. There's a lot of work ahead of us, but we believe it is going to be a blessing to families across the nation. God will surely get His glory from this project. Advertisements for enrollment are scheduled to begin by April 15th with instruction scheduled for the fall.
A3CEES Virtual Evangelism Goal is 2.5 Million
This year we did not start our evangelistic effort until March. We've presented Jesus as the answer to humanity's needs to 31,000 persons in the public. Close to 5000 have desired more information, and 3100 have taken the time to closely review what's available in Jesus. We water and plant, God gives the increase. The presentation goal for the remainder of the year, 2.5 million.
A3CEES' Staffer of the Quarter
We introduce Dr. Connie Lee. Dr. Lee has been a Certified Christ-based Counselor since 2005. Dr. Lee is a ministry support director for A3CEES. She's a Licensed Professional Counselor on the registry of the state of Texas, but her preference is Christ-based Counseling. Her husband Larry is an avid supporter, and they reside in Amarillo, Texas. She currently works as a social counselor with responsibility for foster children. Concerning her commitment to this ministry, if it has anything to do with A3CEES or Christ-based Counseling, Connie will be there. Connie is a major asset to A3CEES and a loving servant of God.
DAVIDSON GIVES A PEEK INSIDE A3CEES, A 24/7, 365 MINISTRY FOR JESUS CHRIST
There's a saying, 'if you love the work you do, you never work a day in your life.' Imagine what it would take to keep any size building open because people were in it every hour. And non-stop these people are studying, assessing, being assessed, viewing, reading about life principles in Jesus Christ. Others are invested in preparation for ministry. Further, consider assignments and questions pouring in, and people needing assistance with their studies, or requesting affiliation with the ministry. Someone needs assistance because of a collapsing marriage, another ask questions about homosexuality, another is concerned about a wayward child. Consider this activity from across the nation. And it does not stop there. If desired, you could push a button, and one million people would flood the building in a month. You consider obvious needs, and unlimited technological capabilities. The list of dos is unbelievable, and while there are many pleased people, there are also dark messages on occasion. Everyone does not like what we do or say. We understand that we are no greater than our Master, and He was crucified. Nevertheless, you begin to understand the demand and potential impact of this 'end-of-the-age' ministry for Jesus. As maddening as it may seem, it is more than worth it.
One of the most exhilarating moments is when persons have been looking for what we provide, and they find us. They discover all we do, and they are so excited. Things begin moving swiftly thereafter. This places a major responsibility on us to be responsive as possible. While I do not answer every message, I see every email, or text message coming into the system in real time. Thank God for support ministry leaders who respond, but sometimes it is a desperation call or emergency, and I'll respond with prayer or insight needed immediately.
Unlike radio or television where historically, sampling is used to determine the effectiveness and reach of a program, our server logs provide detailed description on the use of every link, page, and visitor on our system. This is a technical way of saying we know everything, anyone is doing on our web system. So, we know the precise use and times when people are on our web system. I personally review the statistics every day, and sometimes twice a day. This helps us understand the best way to improve and deliver ministry services. As a Quality Management professional, I believe in continuous improvement. We never arrive.
Anyway, I thank you for visiting my world for just a moment. We know there are people who are interested because it's not unusual that we hear, 'how do they do that?' Or 'who is doing that for them?' Believe me it is not Time Warner , General Electric, Disney, Fox, or any other media giant. There is only one name, and that is the name Jesus!
Hey, I almost forgot the core ministry activities like teaching, counseling, preaching, and writing. Well, I'll save that for another day. Pray for us, and may the Lord richly bless you |

Milk-to-Meat Video Courses Almost Complete
Soon and very soon, clergy, counselors, educators, and others will be able to view all the Milk-to-Maturity courses on the Milk-to-Maturity web site. The videos provide the additional insights that participants may not be able to gain through reading the material. Each video session also offers instructors valuable ideas they can integrate into each course. Special thanks to Timothy DavidSon for the painstaking task of filming, editing, technical direction and web conversion.

A3CEES Forgiven Offenders News
Thanks to the coordination of Jackie Sparling, Jackie Horst, and Rod Waggoner, we were able to help Chuck and Linda move from the East Coast to Ohio. What appeared to be a dark situation for the family who were evicted from an 1800s slave cabin turned into a new day. Chuck was recently employed and promoted. So, we are thankful to our God for showing again that He is more than able. |

A3CEES' Virtual Ministry Center, A Major Asset
Imagine people across the nation seeing and speaking with each other. They are all in one room, and they are praying, or studying God's word; or they are together participating in a workshop or worship experience. But it does not stop there. They can share documents and even make a PowerPoint presentation. This is the virtual conference and meeting capability available in the A3CEES' ministry center. First, it's a little awkward. But as with any other experience, the more we use the technology, the more accustomed we become with the technology.
A3CEES Educational Affirmation Requests
Requests from students to review the quality of seminary and colleges continues to move forward. Bob Hennings, our quality review specialist from Omaha, Nebraska is doing an excellent job assisting students who contact us. Additionally, two institutions sought A3CEES' recognition during the quarter.
A3CEES Quarterly Meeting
We are looking for all A3CEES ministry support and principals to meet with us April 13, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern. You will get the agenda and instructions for the session soon.
