Ridgeway Completes CBC Licensure And Faith-life Coach Programs in Record Time
 As she says it, "she stumbled upon the NACCBC website." We all laughed at how she described finding what she was seeking. It was truly a knock, seek, and He'll answer experience. Karen Ridgeway of Sacramento, California (i.e., Elk Grove) found what she was seeking, and the rest is history.
She began one of the most extensive credential programs in the nation including basic certification including Laws and Policy, the Christ-based Counseling Model, Comparative Therapies vs. Christ-based Counseling, The Process of Being Made Whole, Christbased Counseling Plan, CBC Marriage, CBC Addiction, CBC Joy Therapy for depression. She did not stop there. The Advanced Mastery Licensing Program (AMLP) requires the completion of the first trimester of the Faith-life program. Upon receiving their AMLP, Christ-based Counselors are provided six months to complete the trimester on-line. Not only did she complete the first trimester, she completed all three trimesters allowing her also to become a CBC Faith-life Coach.
She submitted here application May 28, 2007. She completed the third trimester and 30th course of the Faith-life Program on July 4, 2007, an incredible accomplishment. She did this with a full schedule of other demands.
A graduate in the behavioral sciences, she desired to find a sound Biblical approach to assist with marriages, addiction, and other issues. There can be no doubt, she found what she desired. You go girl!! ... "for Him"

A3CEES Conducts Independent Quality Assessment of West Coast Bible College and Seminary
Dr. Kevin Harrison, president of West Coast Bible College and Seminary applied for the independent assessment of the institution, which was conducted and submitted by A3CEES Quality Specialists. A3CEES completed the assessment made several recommendations, which were implemented by WCBC&S. The college is a new entrant to the A3CEESaffirmed.org web site. The college is located in California. Celebrating Fourteen Years, a "Josephesque" Journey
It is the break-of-dawn, and Dr. DavidSon was lying on the floor of the conference room of the ministry he envisioned. He saw a major need for counseling solely based on the life of Jesus and ministry development for persons encumbered by ministry demands. The office was opened on Saturday, August 7, 1993 in Tracy, California. City officials including the mayor and ministry leaders were present along with a host of Christian witnesses. But a few months later, DavidSon was lying on the floor of the conference room disconsolate and deeply grieved by what surely appeared to be failure. He recalls lying on the floor. He opted to stay the night in the office. And in the morning he was up, but lying on the floor he heard a voice say, "but the Lord was with Joseph." He recalls hearing it twice, and he called out "is anyone here?" He walked around the office to see if anyone of the persons working with him happened to come in, and he discovered he was by himself. He began to cry. He knew what the experience meant. It would take thirteen years as it did with Joseph, Jacob's son before he would realize his dream.
I SUFFERED GREAT LOSSES
And what a journey it has been. DavidSon invested all that he had in the vision, and he lived the American nightmare loosing everything he owned. "I walked-off my job--a 23 year career-- believing that God called me to this great endeavor. God has shown me so much during my lifetime, but I would not give anything for what He has shown me about 'me' during the last fourteen years. No doubt, I suffered great losses in family, possessions, and geographical location. There were some excruciating days, months, and even years. Some days I was completely bewildered. But one thing I could hold too, I did it because I believed God would do it. As you can imagine, there were persons who concluded that I was very foolish.
IT'S ONE THING TO BELIEVE GOD CAN, IT IS 'OTHER DIMENSIONAL' TO BELIEVE HE WILL
However, it is one thing to believe God can, it's 'other dimensional' to believe He will. Now, I'm in awe. It is amazing. We believe Him. And yet, when the results of our prayers unfold before us, we are still blown away. Daily, I'm pinching myself. A 365 day a year, 24 hour a day ministry. Thousands of visitors monthly, courses, books, news feeds, virtual rooms, counselors, students, pastors, preachers, and national press articles. Vendors and ministry representatives contact us daily. I was offered a national radio program opportunity, which I will revisit in 2008, and there's so much more. It has far exceeded what I envisioned. This was not done alone. There's a great team of people who work with me including some who were with me from the beginning. There are numerous others to thank, but above all I thank God for who He is, and the faith 'like-a-fool' He's invested within me."
HUMILITY BEFORE HONOR
Today, A3CEES is a web-based, Christ-based Counseling and Christian Education monolith that has been on the web since 1997. When you see Dr. DavidSon he's quite unassuming. Unless he told you, you would not recognize he leads such an extraordinary ministry. In fact, tongue-in-cheek, he refers to it as an underground ministry. Well, that may have been correct some years ago, but it is not the case now. A simple google or yahoo search on his name, or Christ-based Counseling in quotes explodes with hundreds of links including other ministry sites linked to the A3CEES system. "I'll never forget how this trek originated. The words, 'humility before honor' keep me grounded. And we have so much work ahead."
TWO HEBREW NAMES SUMMARIZE THE RESULTS
"I'm reminded of the experience Peter had with Jesus, he expressed to Jesus that he and the other disciples had given all to follow Jesus. However, Jesus responded that no one would give anything that will not be returned with far greater results now and eternally. It seems that everything I lost has been returned exponentially."
Two Hebrew words sum up how DavidSon views the experience today. Appropriately, he refers to the names of Joseph's sons, Manessah -- meaning made to forget all my troubles, and Ephraim -- He's made me fruitful in the land of my suffering.

A3CEES WEB SYSTEM FEATURES WEB-BASED VIDEO GUIDANCE
Now, when you enter an A3CEES web site such as Christbasedcounseling.org, M2Maturity.org, and A3CEESaffirmed.org, you enter video introductions. According to Dr. DavidSon this continues to move the ministry forward. "The plan is to convert all our programming to video aided instruction. Obviously, this will not happen over night with more than 150 courses, but we are on the way. We already have a growing video vault. The response to the on-line video capability has been phenomenal. One of the things we have discovered is that there is still a sizeable part of the public that struggles with reading. We are determined to do all we can to help and develop believers for Jesus Christ through the technologies." DavidSon says they will be adding to the video catalog weekly. The plan is to begin with the counseling supports for counselors and their counselee's. DavidSon continues, "since all of our AMLPs have their counselees begin with the Process of Being Made Whole, this will be one of the first counseling exercises to convert to video." Milk-to-Meat Faith-life Students and Christ-based Counselors Eye Graduation 2008
August and September represent the traditional beginning of the academic year. The A3CEES programs can be initiated at any time during the year. However, there is still some degree of tradition. The Westside Congregation in Lewisville, TX is the home of the Milk-to-Meat, Faith-life Program with four classes currently in session. The fourth group launched in September. This is the final group that will complete the program in time for the spring graduation. More information will be provided on graduation weekend soon!
