Açaí Juice, which was featured in our last newsletter, is about to be officially launched.
The Pure Açaí Juice is a true and authentic
Brazilian Açaí Juice experience, made with the best açaí berry pulp available in
Brazil. And guys, note, we are not adding other fruit juices or flavors to our formula,

Chef Roots
Açaí Cake
Feel like making a unique dessert?
Chef Roots prepared an Açaí cake recipe for you.
Ingredients:- 4 Eggs
- 4 cups of your preferred sugar
- 4 cups of wheat flour
- 5.2 oz of your preferred butter
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 7.0 oz of Açaí Roots Pure Açaí Frozen Pulp
How to Make it:
Blend/mix together the sugar and butter. Add the eggs and blend/mix well. Add the açaí pulp, the flour and last but not least, the yeast. Mix everything well, and bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 40 minutes (in a floured pan). Remove and top the cake with almonds, cashews or preferred topping.
