Holiday Season - Sauce Recipe
Açaí Frozen Pulp
Place the Açai Roots' Açaí Frozen Pulp in a pot and
start cooking on low heat. Add the turkey base (or bouillon) and mix
well. In another pot, place butter and fry the bacon (or a preferred
meet) until the diced bacon starts to brown/crisp slightly.
Back to the pot where the açaí and turkey base is; add whipped cream
and mix well until you have an even blend. Than, add salt, sugar,
pepper and honey and mix the all items. Finally, place everything in a
blender and place the content back in a pot after its well mixed. Heat
it for over 20 minutes and serve warm.
Ingredients: 6.7oz of açaí (2 pouches); 1 garlic cove (smashed); 1.7oz
of turkey base (or bouillon); 3.4oz whipped cream; .7oz of diced bacon;
.5oz of sugar; 1 spoon (dessert) of honey; .5oz of butter; Salt; black
pepper.
