Crystal Bowls With Jeremy Sills.
 ~ The 5 elements in sound & movement ~ Crystal & Tibetan
Singing Bowls, Drum, and VoiceBeginning in stillness, in
silence, introducing the bowls,
and inviting the impulse of slow slow slow, breath.....as chimes, and
drumming, and
melody, we begin to call the soul into carnation....ether, air, fire,
water, and earth.....to invite the
whole Self into the present moment...giving voice to each
element....moving deeper and deeper into the body....sounding the
frequencies of the chakras....we then begin to sound our way around the
room, with subtle, and gross movements, on the floor, on all fours,
standing, swaying, dancing to the Muse, and freeing the creative
artist within each of us... Jeremy Sills is a gifted Sound
Healer and Songwriter. His mystical healing voice inspires us to
remember the deep and silent space within. As spontaneous co-creations,
his crystal bowl concerts weave a tapestry of high vibration frequency,
in which profound awareness, transformation and healing can occur. A
trained multi-instrumentalist, Jeremy's cast includes crystal singing
bowls, tibetan metal bowls, eclectic vocals, overtoning, gong, drums,
guitar & piano. He conducts Lunar Vocal Toning Sessions, Kirtan
Circles, and Sacred Sound Workshops. He currently resides in Ottawa,

Intro to Ashtanga Course
With Dan Mendoza

Come join Dan for a perfect 6 week introduction into the Ashtanga
Vinyasa system. Involved in the martial arts at a very young age, Dan found that
the three most important aspects of his training and
development were:
self-discipline, physical and spiritual awareness. After a
decade
and a half later of martial arts training, in a muay
thai/kickboxing
class, he was introduced to yoga. He could feel and see those
very
same aspects he developed (in the martial arts) in the
ancient Indian
system and immediately embarked on his yogic path.
A series of individual sessions with each one building on the next. This course will lay the foundation for a life-long journey into the practice of Ashtanga yoga.

introduction and exploration of the core fundamentals of the Ashtanga
