MEZZANOTTE'S 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY PARTY
Tomorrow Saturday we are turning 5 years old!! And to mark a new phase of our restaurant life we will be celebrating with champagne on the house, balloons and great music. After spending the past 2.5 years dedicated to building up Capriccio we thought it was appropriate to celebrate our going back to basics (now that Capriccio is happily sold and we are totally focused on Mezzanotte). The talented Ronnie Stallwarth will be in charge of the entertainment - he will have a party repertoire!
We hope to see you at Mezzanotte tomorrow! |
LAST WINE DINNER OF THE YEAR WAS GREAT!
Our End of Year Wine Dinner last Tuesday was a great success. We all had the chance to try some fantastic top Italian wines. Of course we had great food as well. Here are some pictures of the evening:

WHAT'S NEW THIS WEEK
A new appetizer that we tried at our Wine Dinner was so well received that I am including it in our specials for the week. It is the Escargot Bourguignon. If you like escargots you can't miss this one - it is not Italian but, heck, it is really good.
You can now also order the Bife Cabrales which became very popular at Capriccio.
And, among the wines, you can try any of our new arrivals: a Cab and a Petit Sirah from Paso Robles, California; a Spanish Monastrell; a Spanish Garnacha; an Argentinean Sauvignon Blanc; a new Italian Montepulciano D'Abruzzo, and a few others - we are really growing our wine list!
Hope you have a chance to try something new at Mezzanotte! |
