Our very good friend Andrea Cragnoti (owner and wine maker of the Corte ala Flora winery in Tuscany) will be at Mezzanotte tomorrow Tuesday May 11 at 7:00 PM for our monthly wine dinner event. We will have a chance to try his fabulous wines that include a fantastic super-Tuscan and a superb Vino Nobile di Montepulciano (among others). Andrea is flying back home right after this. Please make reservations as we have limited space.
This is not Andrea's first visit as he was with us a couple of years ago (May 2008 to be exact). Then, last September we visited his winery in Montepulciano during our visit to the Tuscany region. While Andrea was not there because he was traveling, his father took very good care of us. We had an unforgettable day in the Corte a la Flora estate and then we went to dinner in the town of Montepulciano. In the pictures (link below) you will see the town up on a hill while the other pictures are of the visit to the winery. Appreciate the pictures and come on Tuesday to try the wines:
