Joel Miller, M.Div is partnering with city leaders, businesses, schools, non-profits, churches, and residents alike to collect 60,000 items of clothing and school supplies for disadvantaged children in our city. Joel is committed to eating Absolutely Nothing until the goal of collecting 60,000 items of clothing and school supplies is reached. THAT MEANS WATER ONLY-no matter how long it takes!

IPA BEERS
The original style of beer brewed in the UK designed for the long voyage to India, with super high hop content acting as a natural preservative. Nowadays, its the badge of almost every craft brewer.
We'll gather Tuesday in Dallas and Wednesday in Allen to taste, debate and then taste some more!
WINE TASTING ADJUSTMENT
The Wine Tastings are still on, but we've switch the focus from strictly Tuscany, to a little wider range of Italians. We have Steve Murphey joining us as a moderator and Gina from Francoli USA too!

After the great reaction we got to our Cold Day in Hell banner last email, we've been challenged to keep up a little tongue in cheek humor, let us know of any suggestions you may have as a lead in to our next email, if we use it we'll buy you a dinner!
Its hard to want to move around much in this heat, but we think its important to get out and be around others, and the Pubs will offer up plenty of excuses to come visit with us! Our tasting events started again this past week with a great turnout for our Island Whiskies! Next week think India, as in India Pale Ales and then fun wine tastings the following week! This weekend Seamus Stout returns to Allen tomorrow (Fri) and are followed by Five Second Rule on Saturday, not to mention our Saturday afternoon session when some of the regions top trad players stop in for the afternoon 4PM - 7 PM |

We're looking forward to a nice hot weekend, no chores in the yards to tie us up and the start of English Championship soccer on Saturday, a definite indicator that there is cool weather coming..... Congratulations to the newest Publicans in town Molly Maguire's in the old Tipp Inn space have opened doors and are hosting Grand Opening parties this weekend, we'll expect to see you there and seeing Martin's old place come back to life! Just as long as you don't forget your way back here afterwards! Holly & I don't eat in the same restaurant every week either, but we have our favorites and we'd like Trinity Hall to be yours.
