As is the nature of the season, I want to tell you that all of us here at Trinity Hall are thankful for the past seven years, for all the laughter in the Pub, the great matches we have seen, the amazing music from our regulars and our visitors - anyone remember the 60 piece brass band from Donegal?
So, we thank you for your support and please know that we will make every effort not to take your trust in our food, drinks and service for granted, ever.
Trinity Hall Irish Pub is closed for the day on Thursday, we'll be here Wednesday and returning Friday morning for all our shopping friends that need a break from the Mall rush!

TASTING TUESDAYS |
 Our Tuesday Tasting program is among the most succesful of our marketing events.
Always a great deal, we introduce our guests to a range of Beer, Spirits and Wines that perhaps would be passed over on a list because they can get expensive! (Chivas 25 year old runs about $40 a glass, Retail by the bottle is somewhere around $ 250+/-)
Here's the line up for the next three weeks;
Tonight (Tues 25th) Chivas Regal 12, 18 & 25 year old
Tuesday 2nd - Holiday Wine evening with six great wines for your holiday celebrations & dinners!
Tuesday 9th - The Glenlivet visits with us - we generally go down to visit Glenlivet when they bring the indoor putting course to town, this time they're coming to Trinity Hall! We'll enjoy the 12,15, Nadura, 18, 21 & 25!

 This is the richest season of the year for beer! We are bursting at the cooler hinges trying to keep all these new lables in check, there are so many seasonals that dissapear as quick as they arrived that they never even make it to the Beer List!
If you want to sample a full range of these great seasonal beers, and especially Samuel Smith's Winter Warmer the one that apparently started the whole category, stop in on Dec 16th when the Troubadours will be hosting their 1st Anniversary Tasting event! - More details will be posted on the website once we get into December. | |

Mini Bucco! Have you enjoyed Chef Oscar's Awesome Bucco? Its a 12 oz, slow braised, Pork Shank, served over Orzo pasta with guests' choice of Shitake sauce or Rustic tomato! Knowing that 12 ounces can be a lot, we were able to find these 4 ounce versions!
