We know that we are a little behind in sending out the updated newsletter, but with all the other news around, who needs anymore from us! So, here's a brief note to cover special events at the Pub in the next 2 weeks.
We'll be up bright and early tomorrow, and unlike everyone else in town we're not heading down to the updated Cotton Bowl for Texas V OU, we'll be here enjoying the World Cup Qualifying Soccer matches starting at 9 AM (Scotland V Norway!) Check out the rest of the schedule on the Sports page of the website, its been updated as TV schedules have changed during the week! For our Rugby friends, we do have the Currie Cup Semi Finals starting at 10AM too!
There's has also been a couple of updates on our Tasting Calendar! We'll be introducing the Pike Pub & Brewery beers from Seattle WA at our Tuesday Tasting next week, if you're familiar with Seattle, you know the beers we are talking about! AND then Laphroaig's Distillery Manager is coming in the following week, so Holly's Wine Tasting has moved to the 28th! Check out the information below about Holly's Tasting at Off The Vine in Grapevine This Monday evening. Holly took over the store from our friend Becky A. this past month or so, and now that Grapefest is over is ready to show off the store with a complimentary tasting on Monday night!
Finally, we have a couple of Fundraisers coming up, with a Beer Tasting tomorrow for our friends at Team in Training, and a Soldier's Angels event to raise funds for the newly opened Fisher House at our local VA Hospital! Read more here.... |
