A full weekend of sports and not just the amazing scenes from Beijing and the Olympcis either! This weekend is the kick-off for England's Premier League so our first soccer match on Saturday is at 6:30 AM!
Then, there's a big match between Dublin & Tyrone to decide who gets to play in the All Ireland Football Finals next month! AND another of the Tri-Nations rugby matches will be shown too, and that's just Saturday morning!
Another happy occasion at the pub this week happened Wednesday when Chris S. asked a young lady to marry him, the happy part was she said yes!For the romatics in the crowd, one of the couple's first dates had been here at Trinity Hall watching a magic show, so Chris aranged for the Magician to return for the evening and to be a part of the magic trick which resulted in another engagement!
The weather says cooler and raining this weekend, sounds like a great opportunity to come catch a movie at Angelika and then stop in to see us for Desserts! Watch for info on movies playing like

Saturday 13th Regatta
There will be a a full day Regatta on Lake Ray Hubard hosted by the BVYC at Bay View Marina. Over 200 boats are expected to participate! Plan to sail or just be in the area to watch the action.
