BARLEYWINE BEERS

Barley Wine Description:
Despite its name, a Barleywine (or Barley Wine) is very much a beer, albeit a very strong and often intense beer! In fact, it's one of the strongest of the beer styles. Lively and fruity, sometimes sweet, sometimes bittersweet, but always alcoholic. A brew of this strength and complexity can be a challenge to the palate. Expect anything from an amber to dark brown colored beer, with aromas ranging from intense fruits to intense hops. Body is typically thick, alcohol will definitely be perceived, and flavors can range from dominant fruits to palate smacking, resiny hops.

St. Baldrick's Day ~ Dallas

 It's time to start thinking about how important a head of hair really is and whether you are willing to give yours up to support Children's Cancer Cure Research! Trinity Hall is proud of our 5th year in association with St Baldricks and the local Dallas team led by Andy Justice & his team! This amazing group of volunteers & activists raised over $170,000 last year alone and if we know Andy, the goal is set higher for 2008!
Visit the foundation's website to learn more about the activity and where the donations are spent in identiofying cures for children's cancers! Then block March 29th for the day to come and support this great local effort!

We're almost past the hassle of the new construction, additional parking is on its way back and we'll refresh the menus before too long!
