Its been tough just to keep up with the ever changing swap of drafts at the Pub, with the arrival of Octoberfests from all over the USA and Germany, we've made the commitment to pour a single Keg of as many brands as we can over the celebration season.
In addition to today's Warsteiner and Soon to be tapped St. Arnold's Oktoberfest we have recently added an IPA on draft - BROKEN HALO IPA - great floral hoppy nose, not off putting or astringent, but a nice spicy bite! and MEANTIME BREWERY'S PORTER - an ancient London city recipe with 7 different types of Malt and Fuggle hops to boot! There;s not much in north Texas so stop in and try a pint soon!

NanoTech Conference Dallas 2007

  There 's a big convention coming to Dallas and we'll be hearing lots about the newest technology thats coming our way! Nano Tech will be in town October 2 - 5th with a week of classes and symposiums on the use and solutions for this technology. There'll be local & national business leaders and plenty of buzz, if you are interested in the future of business, manaufacturing, medical or simply the latest gadgets, you may want to check this out!

We are celebrating the acclamation from the senate, declaring September the Bourbon Heritage Month in the USA!  This uniquely American liquor is oft mis understood, rarely tried and deserves another shot at our palates!

We're tasting the spirits from Buffalo Trace Distilleries, including a revist of the W.L. Weller regular & antiques, and the latest 12 year old style, in addition to Buffalo Trace we'll sample the Eagle Rare and Blanton's single barrel styles.
