Happy Friday To You!! The weekend is upon us and there's more fun to be had, especially if you can make it over to Trinity Hall!
For those that came by Saturday morning last and thought that there was a private party, it wasn't private but it turned out to be quite a shindig! All those guests in Red were here cheering on Liverpoool FC, seriously the whole time Neville worked with us he couldn't find a single fan of the Reds to go drown his sorrows with, now the place is packed with them!
If you want to see what D Magazine's Adam McGill was blogging about, come by Sunday morning when Liverpool takes on Chelsea. You can join the fan club, get a red shirt and cheer like a madman in the company of 100 others!

NO, We have not changed into a sports Bar, but we are proud to offer the PPV GAA Semi Finals between Cork & Meath this weekend. It was tough to see Kerry pip Monaghan at the last minute, mainly because the Devlins were in the house and one never knows how Davey will handle a loss like that.......
The remaining All Ireland Hurling & Football will be shown through Finals through the benevolence of our friends at Setanta & a $20 per game day cover charge

The season of OctoberFest is already upon us! As many will already know the Party now known as Octoberfest is actually held for the most part in September!
In addition to the massive price increases for Oompah Band hires, this is a season of celebration and the beer to celebrate with is Marzen!
As has becom our tradition, we will not be wearing Lederhosen, we wont have too many Tuba nights (Sorry Doc Oldham, but we will have a rotating draft line of Octoberfest and a variety of bottle styles to choose from!
We started this week with Widmere's Okto!
The full body and malty flavor make Widmer Oktoberfest an ideal beverage for the Fall season. As the style dictates the hopping is delicate enough to allow the malty character to dominate, yet still provides a floral aroma and finish.
Don't wait too long to come by and taste, as these brews will change one per week from here on out! |

IRISH BREAKFAST PROMO
We have heard from a number of guests that were disappointed that the new breakfast was not already being served.
I am sorry for the pre-event promo last week. We have found a great butcher in North Carolina who is curing the bacon the same way as the village butcher at home! Unfortunatey, we have to give him a chance to get production ramped up!
We did offer the new bacon with Breakfast last Saturday and sold through our entire week's supply! More arrives tomorrow in plenty of time for Sunday morning's Soccer / GAA / Soccer guests! Irish Bangers next week and then the Puddings will be ready too!

This is going to be huge! Expect no work to get done in September as the leading Rugby playing nations of the world compete for this quadrennial Championship!
Competition kicks off Friday Sept 7th with France playing Argentina, USA takes on ENgland the enxt day and on the 9th Ireland plays Nambia for the first game.

This is the annual Music retreat hosted by the Traditional Irish Music Education Society, many of who are active in our Trinity Hall Session Players. This year theres a full 3rd day of activity and the line up of instructors is amazing!
Join us for three full days of Irish music in a relaxing and scenic setting. Instruction in most instruments by notable players such as Matt Cranitch (fiddle), Patrick Ourceau (fiddle), Tommy O'Sullivan (guitar), Mickey Dunne (pipes), Catherine McEvoy (flute), Pat Broaders (bouzouki), Mark Stone (bodhran), Therese Honey (harp) and many more.
