Ireland Challenges As Favorites!
The Spring Rugby season kicks off this weekend
with the start of the Six Nations Rugby
tournament. A long running competition between
Ireland, England, Wales, Scotland, France & Italy, we
are the only comercial outlet offering the closed
circuit feed via our friends at Setanta. (There is a
$20 per game day cover charge, on days with 2 and
3 matches its still only $20!)
The Irish National team has been touted as
odds on favorites to win the tournie title, but they'll
have to overcome Wales right in the first weekend to
get there. There is some interest to see how the
English team comes out after a cahllenging
performance in the fall tour matches.
Each year we have a bigger turnout with these matches, so prior to stopping in for a quiet brunch please take a look at the schedule to see if this is a Rugby Weekend, because on game weekends there'll be some shouting & singing going on, early at Trinity Hall! |

Hosted by our friends at 1759 Dallas Chapter!
Each year around this time there is another
excuse for drinking delicious pints of Guinness Stout
at Trinity Hall Irish Pub..... "The Great Guinness
Toast"
This year in celebrating the almost one year
anniversary of the local 1759 Society chapter, we
have asked the members of this fine Guinness
Drinking group to identify this year's Toastmaster!
If you've always wanted to wear the big hat,
get the Toastmaster T-Shirt and all the adulation
that one gets for being the official Toastmaster, then
become a member and nominate yourself in the forum
right now!
The 1759 Dallas group celebrates its 1 year anniversary and the achievement of gathering over 225+ members to the group in a single year! There will be a party, and it will be the best excuse to come out and meet the rest of the club! We've heard rumors of giveaways, door-prizes, a Pour Your Own Pint station, Silly Photos, and the pportunity to enjoy a delicious Pint of Guinness too! Visit the club's website for details and developments! |
