The Newly Elected Officials Course is the most comprehensive training for newly elected officials in the Commonwealth.  Its completion represents a significant accomplishment and commitment to the voters. It also greatly reduces on the-job-training for local officials. In past years, the Newly Elected Officials Course has seen the knowledge of the former candidates improve by 69%.
