Keynote Speaker: Marcia Brand
Marcia Brand, Ph.D., is associate administrator for
rural health policy in the US Department of Health
and Human Services' Health Resources and Services
Administration (HRSA), leading HRSA's Office of
Rural Health Policy since January 4, 2001. She was the
keynote speaker at the recent New
England Rural Oral Health Conference.
