Diversity and Inclusiveness in the Workplace
|
How diverse is the nonprofit sector? Why is it difficult for
organizations to recruit and retain people from diverse backgrounds? To explore
the state of diversity in the workplace, Commongood Careers invites you
to participate in a brief survey. Our goal is to gather data from the nonprofit and the corporate sectors that helps
innovative nonprofit organizations to build diverse and inclusive
organizations.
The results of the survey will be published in a report later
this year. We hope to identify trends about diversity in the sector today, as
well as best practices that organizations can adopt to recruit and retain
talent from diverse backgrounds.
Thank you in advance for lending your voice to
this important issue. Take the survey now.

fit with the organization's culture.
In this
article, we give you some tips on how to successfully make the leap from
constituent to staff.
