Celebrating twelve years of service, KaBOOM! facilitates the planning and construction of playspaces and provides resources, including trainings, challenge grants, and publications for communities that wish to plan a new playspace on their own and bring together children, business and community interests. In addition, KaBOOM! rallies communities to achieve better public policy, funding and public awareness for increased play opportunities nationwide.

Headquarted in Washington, D.C., KaBOOM! is currently seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and mission-driven  Director of Development to lead the philanthropic fundraising efforts with foundations, individual donors, and government funding sources.

The Center for Effective Philanthropy (CEP) works with funders to help them more effectively address society's most pressing needs.  CEP provides data and creates insight, so philanthropic funders can better define, assess, and improve their effectiveness and impact.  CEP works primarily with the largest five hundred foundations in the country, including the Gates, Rockefeller, Hewlett, and MacArthur Foundations.

CEP is currently hiring two Managers, Client Relations for its Cambridge, MA and San Francisco, CA offices.
Using CEP's assessment tools and research, these hires will develop and lead client relationships with some of the country's largest foundations and will oversee execution of CEP's data analysis, data generation and assessment tool creation efforts by leading cross-functional project teams.
