Greetings!
As we think about who and what we are thankful for this year we include you and our other customers on our list. Without all of you, we wouldn't be celebrating our 3rd anniversary this month! Thank you!!
To celebrate, we have a number of events scheduled for November. - First we have a class for adults on Nov 9th. Hurry and register as there are only 3 spots left as of this writing.
- Next is our Anniversary Open House and Holiday preview on Nov 13th
- We follow that with a children's class on Nov 20th
- The adults get a second opportunity with another class on Nov 3th.
Meanwhile, we are busy switching out the jack-o-lanterns and witches for turkeys and cornucopias. Plus, Santas, snowmen, and angels will be on our shelves before you know it. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving season!

Thanksgiving Centerpiece
Adult Class (ages 16+)
Construct a bequtiful centerpiece for your Thanksgiving table all from chocolate! The 3D cornucopia may be made from milk, dark, or white chocolate. Then fill it with solid chocolates or fruits and vegetables fashioned out of edible chocolate clay. Each student makes 1 centerpiece. Class runs from 6:00 - 7:00 on Tuesday November 9th. Cost is $25 per adult. Ages 16 and up. Register and pay by November 2th to Tre Sorelle Cioccolato 419-502-2462. (Minimum class size: 5, maximum class size: 12)

Christmas Tree in 3D
Children's class (ages 8-15)
Make a solid chocolate tree in 3D - choose from milk, dark, or white chocolate. Using colored chocolates each the students will decorate their tree in their own personal style. Attendees will also make chocolates shaped like presents to place beneath their tree. Each student makes 1 tree.
Class runs from 1:00 - 2:30 on Saturday November 20th. Cost is $15 per child. Register and pay by November 13th to Tre Sorelle Cioccolato 419-502-2462. This class is for children and teens ages 8 to 15. (Minimum class size:5, maximum class size: 12) |

Chocolate Holiday House
Adult Class (ages 16+)
Construct your own holiday house out of chocolate and then decorate with additional chocolates and other candies. Think gingerbread house - but much, much tastier! Each student makes 1 house. Class runs from 6:00 - 7:00 on Tuesday November 30th. Cost is $15 per adult. Ages 16 and up. Register and pay by November 23rd to Tre Sorelle Cioccolato 419-502-2462. (Minimum class size: 5, maximum class size: 12)

Recipe of the Month
Pumpkin Chocolate Brownies
from Libby's Pumpkin
PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Spray 8- or 9-inch-square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
COMBINE pumpkin, sugar blend, egg, egg whites and oil in large mixer bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Add flour, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon, allspice, salt and nutmeg. Beat on low speed until batter is smooth. Stir in morsels. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
BAKE for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch squares
Serves 16. |

Christmas Preview
Last month we told you about a few of our Christmas options - the Advent "Calendar" and the Old Fashioned Santa candy boxes.
This month we are happy to let you know that Santa himself will be at Tre Sorelle on Sunday Dec 5th from 1 - 3 pm. Kids can sit on his lap and let him know just what they want in their stockings come Christmas Day.
If you are starting on your Christmas shopping list, we can help for those hard-to-buy-for friends and relatives. We have Chocolate-covered Pretzels with crushed Candy Canes in a festive red/white striped container ($20). Or consider a Gift Basket at any price from $5 on up. Not to be overlooked, we have Holiday Truffles in Candy Cane, Gingerbread, Eggnog, and Cinnamone Roll ($2 ea).
