Greetings!
Happy Easter and Happy Spring! There is still time to purchase goodies for your Easter baskets. We have a wide assortment of baskets, bunnies, filled eggs (even with wine!) and much more. We are open April 1st and 2nd 10 am - 5 pm and April 3rd 10 am - 3 pm. We will be closed on Easter Sunday.
After the holiday, we have lots of great events coming up. Two fun classes - one each for kids and adults - are scheduled later in the month. Administrative Professional's Day is on April 21st this year. A treat of fresh, hand-crafted chocolate from Tre Sorelle will let your dedicated staff know how much you appreciate them.

Earth Day Class
Save the earth. It's the only planet with chocolate!! On Saturday April 24th from 1:00 - 2:30, kids may make and decorate a large butterfly chocolate sucker. This class is for children and teens ages 8 to 15. Cost is $12 per child. RSVP by Wednesday April 21st. (Minimum class size:5, maximum class size: 12) |

Chocolate as Canvas
Time to show off your artistic talents ~ then enjoy your work. The April class for those 16 and over will be held on Wednesday April 21st from 6:00 - 7:30. Attendees may make their own masterpiece using tinted chocolates on a large piece of chocolate "canvas". Cost is $15 per person. RSVP by Saturday April 17th. (Minimum class size: 5, maximum class size: 12) |

Recipe of the Month
- 3 ounces Tre Sorelle solid chocolate
- 2 teaspoons hot chocolate mix (recommended: Bellagio Sipping Chocolate)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 cups ice
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Directions
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a small heavy saucepan or in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir occasionally until melted. Add the hot chocolate mix and sugar, stirring constantly until blended.
Remove from heat and slowly add 1/2 cup of the milk, stirring until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
In a blender, place the remaining 1 cup of milk, the chocolate mixture, and the ice. Blend on high speed until smooth and the consistency of a frozen daiquiri. Pour into a giant goblet and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. |
