Cucina Theresa
As we mentioned in our October newsletter, we have introduced our newest product line made in our kitchen. 
 
Cucina Theresa is a line of mixes for brownies, cookies, granola and much more.  These mixes go together quickly with a minimum of additional ingredients.  
 
The attractive jars make great gifts for teachers, babysitters, and many others. 
 
Taste a sample of several varieties during our Open House on November 15th.
Fun with Chocolate
Hand over the chocolates and no one gets hurt.

Thank you to all of our customers for your patronage and friendship.  Because of you, we are able to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary this month.  It seems like yesterday that we were busy remodeling our store to prepare for our Grand Opening.  Now we are busy decorating for our Anniversary/Holiday Open House on November 14th.  We hope you have a chance to come in, savor your favorites and sample our new items as well.

Holiday Open House & Second Anniversary 
November 14th

We're having a party!  Please join us Saturday November 14th from 10 am - 3 pm to help us celebrate.  And, while you are here, we will have our holiday gifts ready to give you a head start on your shopping.
 
Since it's a party, help yourself to our samplings of chocolates, Cucina Theresa dessert mixes, and much more.  See below for a coupon good during our Anniversary celebration.
Make a Chocolate Holiday  House
November 19th from 6:30pm - 8:30 pm participants will make and decorate their own Holiday Chocolate House.  RSVP by Saturday November 14th.  This class is for adults and older teens (16 and older).  Cost is $25 per person.
Participants may choose to make their "house" from milk, dark or white chocolate.  Then use a variety of colored chocolate and seasonal candies to finish off the project.
Chocolate Greeting "Cards"
On Saturday November 21st from 1:00pm - 3:00 pm children ages 8 - 14 may attend a class to make and decorate six (6) chocolate greeting "cards".  Then they can get creative with the packaging! RSVP by Wednesday November 18th.  Cost is $15 per person.
Sampler Saturdays
As you run your errands each Saturday put Tre Sorelle on your list. 
 
Each week we feature a different product for you to sample.  We include variations on the recipes so that you can try them at home in different ways.
 
In the upcoming weeks we will feature:

Recipe of the Month
Cherry Tarts

The holidays can get hectic with parties to give and attend.  Make it just a little easier by using delicious mixes to create holiday treats.  The Wind & Willow mix is available at Tre Sorelle Cioccolato.
Ingredients
  1 package Wind & Willow White Chocolate Cherry Mix & Topping
  Pre-baked mini-tart chells or individual serving size graham cracker crusts
  8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  4 Tbls. butter, softened
  1 can cherry pie filling
   
Directions 
1. Combine White Chocolate Cherry Mix with cream cheese and butter.  Mix until smooth.  Spoon mixture into tart shells.  2. Top with Cherry Pie filling and sprinkle with Almond crunch topping. 
3. For extra flare, create a quick design on each dessert plate with chocolate ice cream topping and place individual tarts in the center.
4. Place a couple of mint leaves to the side.
