August Classes
On August 15th, the adults will learn the art of making a photographic chocolate. That is, a piece of solid white chocolate which looks like a black and white photo when held toward a light source. Participants will make two chocolates and receive a lighthouse mold as well as 1/4 lb of white chocolate to make more at home. Choose from Marblehead, Toledo, Vermilion, or Lorain.

September Classes
September 12th - Adults. Demonstration of the many different ways that chocolate can be given a flavor. Learn how we utilize herbs, teas, fruits and more to create our tantalizing recipes! (Please note, this is NOT a hands on class.) Cost is $8 per person. RSVP by Wednesday September 9th to 419-502-2462.
September 19th - Children ages 8 - 14. Dipping chocolate treats. Kids will dip different goodies in chocolate to learn the techniques used to get just the right amount of chocolate on the item. Cost is $15 per person. RSVP by Wednesday September 16th to 419-502-2462. |

Chocolate Recipe of the Month
Chocolate Mousse in Chocolate Cups
From: Caffe D'Amore
- 2 Tbls. Bellagio Sipping Chocolate(available at Tre Sorelle Cioccolato)
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream (see note)
- 24 chocolate "cups" (available at Tre Sorelle Cioccolato)
DIRECTIONS:
Whip the Sipping Chocolate into the heavy whipping cream. Spoon or pipe into individual chocolate cups. Arrange on serving platter. Makes 24 servings.
Note: this must be heavy whipping cream NOT purchased whipped topping.
