Interlocks Partners with Anna Jaques Hospital: Sponsors Heart & Sole High Heel Dash
The hospital is challenging teams of men, women and children to kick up their heels Sat., Nov. 19th in celebration of heart health. The 50-yard dash is a free, public event. Costumes are encouraged; prizes to be awarded! Interlocks stylist Tara Martin has formed the Sole Sistas Team, and she encourages more businesses and families to form their own teams of three or more people.
The High Heel Dash steps off at 11 a.m. at the Bartlett Mall, Newburyport. Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. in the Frog Pond Playground, High Street.
Also Nov. 19th, The Walsingham Gallery, 47 Merrimac St., Newburyport, holds its ticketed benefit "The Women of Walsingham." A fundraiser for women's health services at Anna Jaques, the gallery debuts new works as 14 outstanding female artists come together for this cause.
