Õ Mì Ninja is a mobile food truck phenomenon serving inexpensive, quality and authentic Vietnamese food: no fusion, no substitutes. Nancy started Õ Mì Ninja after six years of restaurant experience. She and two other employees take turns cooking, selling, cleaning and managing their online presence.
