Client Spotlight: Nancy, owner of Õ Mì Ninja
O Mi Ninja truck

Õ Mì Ninja is a mobile food truck phenomenon serving inexpensive, quality and authentic Vietnamese food: no fusion, no substitutes. Every day of the week, San Jose foodies flock to Nancy's food truck for the banh mi sandwiches, bun (vermicelli noodles) and rice plates. Õ Mì Ninja was just named a 'Bay Area Top 20 Food Truck' and is notorious in the mobile food scene, so be prepared to wait a few minutes for your sandwich - but it will be more than worth it!

Nancy started Õ Mì Ninja after six years of restaurant experience. She and two other employees take turns cooking, selling, cleaning and managing their online presence.

Catch Nancy and her team for dinner tomorrow at Milpitas Street Eats (200 Serra Way, Milpitas) and on Friday for lunch at Homewood Suites (10 W Trimble Rd, San Jose).
