What Do You Live For?
On Independence Day, we honor those who fought for our freedom. They pledged their "lives, fortunes, and sacred honor" to protect American values forever forged in this sentence from our Declaration of Independence:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness..."
From then until today, Americans are defending this belief with blood, sweat, and tears. What are your values? What's so important to you that it defines you and is worth dying for? Clarifying your values will help you understand what drives your decisions and your behavior.

My top values are freedom, integrity, and responsibility. Knowing this explains every action that I have taken, why I feel happy or sad, and what my dreams are.
