Bamboo Straws won over Greenroofs on the Sundance Channel's The Green! Although we didn't win, Publisher Linda Velazquez's 60-second video "Love the Earth: Plant a Roof!" was selected as one of the 25 semi-finalists for The Green's What's the Big Idea? Contest and we were thrilled to get so much support from all of you. Of course we posted it on our own GreenroofsTV via YouTube, and as of today, almost 2,000 people have seen it, so all that exposure surely helps the cause!

Speaking of videos, our little foray into filmmaking was just a sneak peek into our upcoming WebTV Series called "Sky Gardens!" Starting in the U.S. for our inaugural season, we'll be featuring one greenroof project per episode along with the stakeholders - owners, designers, officials, and product providers. Stay tuned for more.
