Articles Needed for Surfing for Autism Silent Auction
surfing2
Surfing for Autism will be holding a silent auction for our Surfing for Autism event on August 10-11, 2012. Surfing for Autism is an autism/asperger's awareness event held each summer on the Outer Banks of NC to provide children with autism/asperger's with an amazing experience and opportunity to surf. Each child is provided two surfers and a skilled therapist or teacher who is well educated on the special needs of our children. Together, they are paired up with children who have autism/asperger's of all ages and introduce them to paddling, surfing, and a new way to have fun in the sun.
All of the funds raised from the silent auction will be used to support future Surfing for Autism events as well as sponsoring our surfers on the spectrum. If you can contribute, call 722.2552 or email LMH252@hotmail.com
