Holy Redeemer Church New Faces: Latinos in North Carolina
April 21, 7:00 pm, Holy Redeemer
Church

Currently
anti-immigrant sentiment seems to be on the rise in the United States, and
Latinos are feeling some of the strongest effects of this backlash. It is
essential that the wider community has opportunities to gain a greater
understanding of who these new Latino immigrants are and to examine the
economic and social realities that drive their migration to the United States
and to North Carolina. From, Working
Films, Wilmington, NC, a national,
nonprofit organization available to all independent filmmakers and community
organizers
