Classes have started, DCCB Auditions are over, and Labor Day is approaching!  DDC has begun the 2012-2013 season with a bang!  Dancers are sweating, teachers are focusing, & music is all over the place!  Parents are rushing, the office is a whirlwind, the parking lot is full, AND IT'S TIME TO START THINKING ABOUT "A GIFT FOR EMMA!"

 

This newsletter is a little shorter than most--take a look at the "Emma" casting auditions article, the Open Classes article, and our new store hours and survey!  Please let us know if you have any questions concerning classes, schedules, etc.  WE ALLOW SCHEDULE CHANGES UP TO SEPT 30TH!

Most of our dancers that are in twice/wk ballet classes, some Hip Hop classes, the Contemporary Classes, etc. will be learning "Emma" choreography in class, so they are not required to audition.  

Dancers who should attend this audition are ages 4-8 years old who are enrolled in DDC's combo classes.  Please know that, if accepted, there is a $40 Production Fee, and that rehearsals will be every Saturday in October (usually between 9am and 1pm). 

Our new Dancewear Boutique has already saved our parents money and time by offering the essentials for their dancers.  Please help us decide what hours of operation and what kinds of items you would like to see in our shop, by taking this short survey!  We appreciate your suggestions and time!!!!

As most of you realize, space is limited, especially in our office. I will be putting all recital videos & photos in the attic by the end of next week in order to make room to walk to my desk :)
