NEW HIP HOP INSTRUCTOR! Christopher Koehl
Many of you may remember Christopher from Miss Comfort's master class last August. If there is one thing that Christopher does when he dances, is leave a lasting impression! Christopher has been dancing in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area with Dallas Ballet Company, Garland Summer Musicals, and the Garland Civic Theatre. He was also the 2007 recipient of the Dance Council's Natalie Skelton Scholarship to the Glenda Brown Choreography Conference.
He is currently teaching two HipHop classes for our pilot program at the Nelson Center, and having great success! He's enthusiastic, a great dancer and choreographer, and I know our students will enjoy his classes, while learning quite a lot!

FAREWELL TO GREAT TEACHERS & FRIENDS
We are going to miss them all a great deal! Our very own Miss Libby Quigg has decided not to commit to teaching at DDC this year as she is working on her writing career, and has had a few bites from the professional world. She wanted me to make certain everyone knows how much she enjoyed teaching at DDC last year and will miss us all too!
Unfortunately, Mr. Allan Kinzie's schedule did not enable him to return to DDC this year, HOWEVER, because Mr. Kinzie lives in the area still, I am certain that we will be able to have him back as a guest teacher every once-in-a-while! Mr. Kinzie is a rare find, a wonderfully detailed ballet teacher, and will be sorely missed!!!
Miss Courtney Richardson, our previous Hip Hop instructor, will not be able to return to DDC due to personal committments.
We wish all of these wonderfully talented instructors the very best that life has to offer, and we will keep in touch!!!
