With less than a week before the deadline to register to vote in Nevada, President Barack Obama urged a crowd of over 11,200 on Sunday at Desert Pines High School to make their voices heard in the upcoming election by remembering to register to vote. Mexican rock band, Mana, played several songs before President Obama took to the stage. In Nevada, the deadline to register to vote is October 6. Early voting begins on October 20 through November 2. Election Day is November 6. Nevada residents may register online at www.gottavote.org. |
