DESCRIPTION:

The first day at a new school is difficult for any kid. But when second grader, William Winkey meets school bully, Betty Barsky at the bus stop before the first day of school at Tapwater Springs Elementary School, William's anxiety level rises sky high. First she makes fun of his name. Then she makes fun of his lunch- his favorite- an egg salad sandwich. The next day she makes fun of his clothes. Eventually, Betty threatens to punch William in the nose! What should William do to protect himself and change Betty's bad, bullying behavior? Fortunately, William has a smart mom who teaches him how to deal with bullies. William and the audience learn the three rules of dealing with bullies: Stand tall, Don't fall, Tell all!

"The Hollands have been involved with The Surry Arts Council this past year and weekly during the summer months.

They have worked with special needs children and adults, drama groups, seniors, and families.

Their talents range from theatre and drama to crafts and music.

They participated in our annual summer weekly arts camps pm a daily basis as well.

They are absolutely wonderful with all of these groups and we look forward to having them back again in 2012 for these activities and more!

They are an incredibly talented duo - and real crowd pleasers.

Their ability to involve audiences of all ages is unmatched."
