Our HTP students have been invited to sing on Tuesday, September 13, for the special meetings that we are having with Steve Pettit. Our preschool teachers will be preparing our students for this opportunity. This is strictly voluntary for our students, but we would love to have all of them involved that evening. ET, K-3 and K-4 children are to meet in Mrs. Green's K-3 room- 209, at 6:45 p.m..

K-5 children are to meet in the gymnasium at 6:45 as they are going to be singing with the elementary students first and then with the preschool children.

A special program is being planned by our staff for the children that evening, and we invite you and your family to join us for a short ice cream reception time after the meeting. Nurseries will be provided for babies and toddlers. Older siblings up through the sixth grade will have a special program with members from the Pettit Team. These children will start the evening in the sanctuary and be dismissed to the special program later in the meeting.

This evening all of our schools will be participating in the service, and so we are encouraging all of our families to attend if possible. We ask that you plan to come and stay for the entire program and enjoy the fellowship with other HTP and CBA families.

Many of you signed up your child to sing and attend the Ice Cream Reception at Meet the Teacher Night. If you have not already done so, and your family is able to attend, please let your child's teacher know by next Monday, September 12. We look forward to hearing the children sing for us and to fellowshipping with you at the reception.
