A strengths-based organization is more engaged, and engaged companies are stronger, according to Gallup studies. Do you know the strengths of your staff?
Gallup, an organization that has been studying human nature and behaviour for more than 70 years, published The 12 Elements of Great Managing. This book is a compilation of 10 million workplace interviews - the largest worldwide study of employee engagement and from that the authors created the 12 Elements. I list the 12 Elements below to give you some insight on what is involved. So, the studies are showing that while the 12 Elements create engagement, when combined with also knowing and understanding your strengths and the strengths of your team, you have a powerful combination to create amazing results with productivity, profitability and improved employer-employee relationships. Sounds like a winning combination to me!
