Engaged Workplaces Highlights from Canada and BC Top Employers

Here are some highlights from a very large company that has a presence here in Victoria, BC. Schneider Electric is well known in Victoria for it's community outreach, it's support of employee development and it's overall good reputation for being a great employer!
Some of the reasons why Schneider Electric was selected as one of BC's Top 100 Employers for 2012:
- encourages ongoing professional development with tuition subsidies for job-related courses, in-house and online training initiatives, subsidies for professional accreditation, and an online skills inventory
- offers new employee referral bonuses (to $5,000) for some positions, a share purchase plan option, and a defined contribution pension plan
