Thought for the Week

 

Time is flying by and it is hard to believe it is April 16th already!  As the sun streams through the windows it is hard to concentrate and stay in my office to get some work done!

I am looking forward to this week - lots happening and one thing in particular is a presentation I am doing to a group of managers about Retention Strategies. I have developed a matrix around the concept of an organization's  "retention potential" which examines various elements of retention and gives an organization insight into where they can do better and where they are really doing well.  I am excited to be presenting this for the first time which will give me an opportunity to tweak it and then start blogging about it.  How much do I love what I do? I lot when it is this fun!

As everyone in the employment programs gets use to your "new normal" it will be important for you to find nuggets of what helps you love your work - so dig deep if you have to - but find that nugget that keeps you coming back for more!

The new contract has self-service requirements for your clients. ALL CRG assessments are self-scored and self-interpreted, and specifically designed to benefit or serve your clients, with little or no support required. These resources are available in both print and or online formats, so depending on your client group or contract, you can you use either or both.
You are not required to have certification to use the CRG assessment and the three day certification workshop is an excellent overview of all the tools and provides insight into the best way to maximize the use of tools to achieve results with your clients.
