NEW!  Listen to Gregg Taylor interview presenter Denise Lloyd about this upcoming webinar! Go to the BCCDA Blog to listen in!

The writing is on the wall. Decisions are being made. The government has introduced their wind down process for 'legacy programs'. Whether or not you have been successful in the BC Employment Program RFP, the reality of what is ahead starts to become clearer and you have 100 questions.

Are you asking yourself - How do I?

  • Manage the morale of staff as we fulfill our current contracts
  • Make decisions about downsizing, expanding, staying open or closing
  • Create a timeline for critical decisions and actions
  • Determine required resources based on timeline (When do I need to sell furniture? Give notice to staff? Notify clients?)
  • Have difficult conversations with staff and board members

As a leader in your organization, you want to address these questions effectively but it can be tough to know where to start. This webinar will identify the key areas that you need to pay attention to as we move towards March 31st, giving you the tools to make the best of the change ahead. This will be a nuts and bolts session that will prepare you for the leadership opportunities and the challenges associated with both the outcome of the RFP process and the transition of legacy programs.

Cost: No Charge (free) event - the BCCDA is running this event as a pilot for a potential series of Web-based learning activities. In exchange for attending we ask that participants commit to completing a brief online survey/evaluation following the event.

Host and Facilitator - Gregg Taylor, CHRP, CCDP, BCCDA President

Speaker - Denise Lloyd, MA, CHRP, Founder, Career Development Connections
