Todd joined the Benson-Orth team in the summer of 1999. Todd attended Minnesota State University in Mankato where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Construction Management.

Todd has managed a variety of retail and multi-family projects at Benson-Orth including six projects for HOM Furniture, Aldi and Acme Tool & Equipment.

In 2011, Todd managed Kings Crossing/Frogtown Square- a 50-unit senior housing and 11,000 sf retail project on University Ave. & Dale St. in St. Paul.

Todd is currently managing a 96-bed skilled care facility for The Good Samaritan Society in Robbinsdale, MN.

My wife and son!

If not here, what would you be doing:

Riding my Harley across the country and spending time with my family.

Where do you see Benson-Orth in 5 years:

Maintaining a steady increase in construction sales.  Continue to provide owners with the best level of service within the construction industry.
