Greetings!  

WELCOME to our first e-Newsletter. 

Spring has finally arrived and, with it, you will notice a few Benson-Orth changes including a slight name change to emphasize what we do: Benson-Orth General Contractors. We have updated our logo and taken our first steps into social media with LinkedIn and Facebook.

This first issue of our newsletter highlights

four primary markets in which Benson-Orth builds.  

RETAIL - Benson-Orth is very active in the Twin Cities retail market. Our most recent projects include a major renovation at Mendota Plaza for Paster Enterprises and three projects for Walgreens throughout the Twin Cities. We've also recently begun our third tenant improvement for Total Hockey in Burnsville.

MANUFACTURING/WAREHOUSE - As the economy grows, there is an increase in manufacturing activity. Benson-Orth has an extensive portfolio of manufacturing and warehouse projects which include new construction as well as additions and renovations. 

MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING - Benson-Orth recently completed Kings Crossing at Frogtown Square, a mixed-use development in St. Paul. In total, we have completed over 550 units of new housing and renovated over 1500 units of affordable housing. 

OFFICE - While the new office market remains slow, we are seeing tenant improvement (TI) build-out and interior remodeling projects since the first of the year. We anticipate more TIs as the job market continues to rebound.
