Three SHRP 2 Renewal Requests for Proposals

Greetings!
SHRP 2 has released three requests for proposals. The intent of project R05-A: Precast Concrete Modular Pavement Technology Training is to take the results and products for precast concrete modular pavement systems developed from the R05 Modular Pavement Technology research project and develop training materials based on National Highway Institute guidelines. The intent of project R16-B: Tools for Communicating Railroad-DOT Mitigation Strategies is to develop a web-based virtual library of various model agreements, contracts, standard guidelines, and provisions and to develop training modules and other related materials on streamlined permitting procedures and model agreements. The intent of project R31: Integrated Delivery of SHRP 2 Renewal Research Projects is to develop a tool (or tools) to promote and support systematic and integrated application of the products developed in the Renewal Research Program. Proposals are due November 1, 2011. The requests for proposals are available on the SHRP 2 RFP page.
