Two SHRP 2 Capacity Requests for Proposals

Greetings!
The Transportation Research Board's second Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP 2) has released two requests for proposals. The intent of Project C33: Pilot Projects to Validate the Results of T-PICS is to engage several teams of public-sector transportation agencies and their consultants in pilot tests of the utility of T-PICS as a tool for enhancing decision making in the planning of highway capacity additions. The intent of Project C37: Develop a Marketing and Communications Plan for TCAPP is to develop a marketing and communications plan, including high-level strategies and detailed tactics, for Transportation for Communities-Advancing Projects through Partnerships. Proposals are due August 31, 2011. Both requests for proposals are available on the SHRP 2 RFP page .
