            Supplementing the last issue of The Adjuster's Advantage, please note that the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance issued Bulletin No. 11-16 notifying all insurers writing homeowners' insurance in New Jersey that Hurricane Irene did not achieve hurricane force winds in New Jersey and thus no mandatory or optional hurricane deductible should be applied to the payment of claims for property damage attributable to the storm.  You can access the bulletin at
