Steel Recovery Solutions purchased several buildings totalling 901,686 SF at 1020 S Henderson Street in Galesburg, Illinois. The buildings will be torn down and used for scrap metal.  Rick Weinstein and Rick Schaefer of NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Company represented the seller in this transaction. 

Miroballi Properties purchased a 48,587 SF building at 4401 44th Avenue in Moline, Illinois.  The space will be used for a bowling alley.  John Corelis on NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Company represented both sides in this transaction.

BMS Manufacturing purchased a 41,918 SF building at 525 W 8th Avenue in Milan, Illinois.  The space will be used for general industrial.  John Corelis of NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Company represented the seller in this transaction and David Levin, also of NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Company represented the buyer.

Simmers Crane Design & Services Company leased 11,800 SF of space at 417 31st Avenue in Rock Island, Illinois.  The space will be used as general office for the crane distribution business as well as for sales maintenance.  John Ruhl of NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Company represented the landlord in this transaction and David Levin also of NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Company represented the tenant.
