OAG November Meeting
& Demo by Tom D. Wester

Monday, November 21st from 7-9PM!

City Arts at State Fair Park

Tom Wester

Art and Mediative Drawing

Award-Winning graphite pencil and pastel artist, Tom D. Wester, is scheduled to speak at next Oklahoma Art Guild Meeting on the third Monday, November 21st  from 7 - 9 pm at the City Art Center.  Come hear Tom explain and demonstrate how a combination of influences has manifested and impacted his approach to creating art from intermixing personal experiences, social commentary, and  meditation into his unique process of using Tom D. Westerpencil on paper in a painterly style. See through his demo how he pushes "drawing" to the next level to create complex beautiful pieces with graphite, pastels, and an electric eraser.  His drawings infuse a basic minimalism composition while creating the feel of energy, electricity, and zeal within the pieces. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity!  For more information, visit  http://www.madhatter62.net/index.html.
