A FEW THINGS YOU MAY WANT TO CONSIDER:
Simplicity gives you enough room for yourself...
When desiring to help another, remember this: I can heal him or her just so much with my ears...
Pain's the pen that writes the poem that beckons us to dance...
When asking inward, we hear the answer as intuition, insight or inspiration. Or we may project the answer onto the outer screen of life, and hear or see the answer conveyed through another. Either way, we are enlightened...
When finding ourselves disturbed by conditions or circumstances, ask this: just how many days of bad biology and poor mental health is this worth?
The
time has come to generate in our youngsters footprints that will bring greater awareness of The Inward Way as the fount of Wisdom and
spiritual prosperity in our lives...
If I saw everything and everyone as divine, nothing would disturb me...

AN INVITATION...
This invitation comes from Carl Johan Calleman, one of the contributing authors in 2013! The Beginning is Here, who is providing inspirational leadership for the movement to co-create a balanced relationship between the feminine and masculine,
at the beginning of the Seventh Day, November 3, 2010 To explain, about
5100 years ago, at the beginning of the Mayan Long Count (6th Wave or
National Underworld), a polarity of consciousness was introduced that
created a separation between the masculine and the feminine. The result
has been a suppression of the intuitive and feminine aspects of the
human mind and soul. The pain associated with the separation has created
a long-standing conflict between men and women that has resulted in
unbalanced, twisted and distorted relationships between them. With the
beginning of the Seventh day of the 8th wave, (Galactic Underworld) a
polarity shift in consciousness will support humanity in the co-creation
of a new, balanced and more harmonious, relationship between the
masculine and feminine.
For the two days, November 6-7, we are thus
calling women and men all over the world to locally co-create processes
and ceremonies designed to restore the sacred relationship between the
divine feminine and masculine. The intention of these ceremonies is to
co-create balance and mutual respect between the genders and the freedom
for all individuals to embody any combined expression of the sacred
feminine and masculine. We recommend that in the first of these two days
members of each of the two genders develop healing processes of its own
and that in the second day processes and unifying ceremonies are
performed serving mutual recognition and the honoring of the divine
feminine and masculine in all of us.

Dear One and All,
The fall or autumn equinox is a moment in time which signifies an equality of daylight and darkness, heading us toward more darkness than light, until we reach the winter solstice, where darkness far outreaches light. Symbolically, this is a time when we take what has enlightened us so far this year into our chrysalis with us, so it may be assimilated into our Being. Come springtime, we emerge anew, then able to be more fully aware and demonstrate enlightenment on even more and deeper levels.
This newsletter contains several reminders of Truths we are hearing nowadays, along with some rather pointed questions and insights to consider along the way. Just allow for deeper meaning to rise within you, listening for what resonates as Truth for you.
I hope you have a marvelous autumn, bathing in the beauty of autumn colors and celebrating Wisdom in all her glory . HAPPY AUTUMN EQUINOX!
With loving blessings, Jim

LIVING FROM GNOSIS...
The following is excerpted from Nicolya Christi's chapter from 2013! The Beginning is Here, edited by Jim Young, which will be published and available in mid-autumn 2010. This anthology, composed of chapters from various world-renowned authorities, speaks to the issues and concerns relating to the supposed end of the Mayan calendar in December 2012, related Earth changes and so-called prophecies.
From Nicolya Christi: Most people will avoid change because it usually requires a
sacrifice or the need to let go.
Change invites us to step out of our comfort zones, which may entail
entering into a period of turmoil and upheaval; it may confront us with out
deeper fears and give a sense of going backwards, not forwards. To use an analogy: the archer draws
back the arrow to its furthest point of tension and then simply lets go. By pulling the arrow back to its maximum point of
tension before being released it is able to fly the greatest possible
distance. The more we experience
upheaval and the bigger the step backwards appears to be, the further ahead we
will land once we are ready to let go completely and fly.
Believe in yourself.
Trust you are being held and guided by the love of those in the heavens
who walk with you. Have faith in
your unique individuality. Embody a fundamental truth, which is that you have something important to offer.
Adopt an attitude of gratitude for
yourself. Trust and surrender are
the keys that open the treasure chest of your soul. Believe in gnosis,
that intuitive felt sense in which you
know without knowing how you know.
Memory, intellect and academia do not inform gnosis. Gnosis is pure knowing informed only by
the heart and soul and is the highest form of human intelligence. Gnosis engages our intuition, our sense
of feeling and reveals our true
wisdom. Information is
power. Gnosis is empowerment. Too much left brain activity with
its emphasis on intellectual and academic information is not conducive for
accessing the sixth sense of gnosis. Forget what you think, and believe
what you feel.

MORE FROM JIM'S CHAPTER IN 2013! THE BEGINNING IS HERE.
...As an example of seeing life from a spiritual perspective, symbolically, if we were to take the prophecies as metaphors, the only natural disasters they really speak about are our commonly held inner catastrophic thoughts, obsessions and addictions--all speaking to the level of fear and sense of separation we carry within us. Much like sunspots or storms, abiding various aspects of fear speaks to the emotional storms that darken our natural state of light, and which are highly disruptive of a peace-filled existence. These elements also constitute the highly limiting beliefs and opinions of others we have come to depend on for our validation, identity and direction. Prophecies of good or enlightenment reflect going inward and following the One True Voice, Source, God, Truth, Christ consciousness, whatever name one wants to put on the small, still voice heard only inward. The name matters not, for when we strip away the name or label we find only our common divinity holding us in highest regard, and which has only highest good in store for us. Surely, our world is turned upside down when we are moved to such deep levels of being--and well it might be. Moving from the superficial elements of ego consciousness and self-importance to the essence of our very Being can be earth shattering, to say the least. Yet, on this deeper level, Wisdom enlightens us as we comprehend with spiritual clarity that prophecy is about one's holy relationship with our inward Truth, Wisdom--called God by some--and nothing else. On a spiritual level, prophecy is not about some physical happening or likeness. Transcending to spiritual or Christ consciousness frees us from spiritualizing ego consciousness--from making outer appearances look spiritual, when they're only akin to a wolf in sheep's clothing--and takes us to ordering our lives from a spiritual foundation, found only by listening inward. Over the ages, this is the inward journey that mystics and visionaries have encouraged us to take. Surrendering to deeper awareness is what allows for transcendence of Spirit over matter, and frees the demonstration of a new perspective. With the new perspective comes deeper meaning and a sense of spiritual purpose, as never before witnessed. The Truth of our spiritual essence is reinforced yet again. To paraphrase what A Course in Miracles suggests, a life of feeling separate from God or our own divinity began when we forgot to laugh the moment we first heard the suggestion that we are separate from either...

What If?
What if we knew we couldn't escape immortality? There's so much that influences our belief that we're mere mortals. First, there's the greeting card industry that scores millions of dollars on the backs of those who send birthday cards each year, many of them reminding us of our rapidly diminishing verve. Then there's the TV ads that pitch one funeral home or another, and for one life insurance policy over another. On top of that is the preponderance of advertising to keep women beautiful "beyond their years," as though beauty has anything to do with age or skin-deep appearance. Then there's all those retirement plans, guaranteeing to give you a full life, until, that is, you pass on into the "who knows what," leaving those left behind with everything but you. On a superficial, material level, it could certainly appear, as mere mortals, that we're destined to end this life one day. Then what? What comes after this, and how do we really know? Church leadership convinces us that we must always strive to be good and do good, or we'll never make it into Heaven. Some teach reincarnation, while others damn the idea of reincarnation as a useless untruth. Comedians say that this life really isn't just practice, that we get only one chance at life and this is it. Seeing that this book is about "what if," I'd like to try this one out on you: what if we knew in the depths of our hearts that immortality is all there is? It seems to me that if we really knew (as in gnosis), without a shadow of a doubt, that immortal Life were the Truth, then all the rest of what we're told about aging and the finality of mortality must be a lie. With this, some might jump to the erroneous conclusion that as long as we're immortal, then what's up with trying so hard to "get life right" in just this lifetime? Well, you see, that's not the real issue. The real issue is this: if we're really immortal, then that means we're just like God, or maybe even God. It is said that God is All That Is. This being so, then surely we must also be That. If we knew in our heart of hearts that divinity is our foundation for Life, we would behave and manifest Life in a vastly different form than heretofore. Knowing, Truly Knowing, that this is the Truth about us and Life itself, then there is nothing to do, nothing to strive for at all. There's only Being what we already are: divine. Should we live from day today from the essence of our divinity, there would be no striving day after day to overcome something we've been led to believe we're not. Happy Being to you, happy Being to you...!
Ask yourself this, and then listen--inwardly--for what gnosis tells you: If I knew this were the Truth for me, I would: (This excerpt is from What If?, by Jim Young, a book of suppositions presented to turn one's perspective about Life on its ear.)

TIME FOR SOME SPRING CLEANING, EVEN THOUGH AUTUMN IS UPON US...
Lately, I've been running into many people who feel like they're being asked to "clean out their closets"--felt not in a literal sense, yet it shows up as a drive to do spring cleaning, even though autumn is upon is. In a very real sense, when called to action this way, we might well follow this urge in our physical setting, for cleaning out the old in our humble abodes paves the way for us to also follow the calling as a metaphor, symbolically. We're to clean out our inner closets of all the old beliefs and opinions that no longer serve us, so we have room for the new to enter in abundance--spiritually, that is.
The term "closet" may be familiar to some of you, from Scripture. When asked how to pray, Jesus said that we are to go inward, into our closet and shut the door (to our beliefs and opinions), leaving all our "treasures" behind us. And then to simply listen, so the still, small voice can lead our way.
I urge you to join me in cleaning out what is no longer useful. Together, then, we'll be paving the way for a new reality, a reality based on living spiritually, and treating all in the Oneness of their inherent divinity. Should we follow this calling to cleanse the litter, by springtime we should be able to witness the magnificence of new blooms when we see ourselves in the mirror of Life. In the process, we'll be learning to listen for Truth, and surrendering to its wisdom as we traverse the planet as One. Seems to me we would thus be living an extraordinary life in what has become a rather ordinary reality.
So let's get ready and then go out on the limb, for that's where all the fruit is!
