Summer afternoon - summer afternoon; to me those have always been the two most beautiful words in the English language.

Summer camp is going splendidly! Our campers are having the time of their life and are so tired by the end of the day! Our first swim day was absolutely wonderful, our campers swam like fish and the weather was perfect.
PLEASE NOTE: The front parking lot is being re-paved this Friday. Please park on the EAST side of the building (by the basketball court).
Thursday Theme Day
"Thursday Theme Days" are a new addition to our summer camp program this year, and we can't wait to get started! Campers are encouraged to dress according to the theme when they come to camp each Thursday.
Tomorrow is Funky Socks and Crazy Sunglasses Day!!
Here are the other week's themes so you can start planning:
6/28 - Animal Face Painting (on campus)
7/5 - Red, White & Blue
7/12 - Pixie or Pirate Dress Up
7/19 - Crazy Hair Day (on campus)
7/26 - Sports Fan Day
8/2 - Hawaiian Day
8/9 - Superhero Day
8/16 - Backwards Day
Please LABEL ALL of your child's belongings...if something is found and has a name on it we will return it to them!

Upcoming Field Trip Details
Friday, June 22
Treasure Hunt on Campus
Please send your child with a swim suit and towel (they do not need to wear their camp shirt this week)
Lunch and snacks will be provided
Please make sure to put sunscreen on your child in the morning before they come to camp!
The campers can wear sandals or water shoes on this as the turf surface does get warm!!
Friday, June 29 LA ZOO Be at school at 8:30am Please wear camp shirt Pack a SACK lunch in a paper back or zip-loc bag (PLEASE label bag!!) Campers can wear a hat or visor to protect their faces Optional: Campers can bring $5-$10 for snacks or the gift shop Return to campus by 4:00pm
