Tri-Way and DSL Sports Team Physicals
Sunrise Medical Group will be in the campus PE room on Tuesday, September 13 from 3:00pm-6:00pm, offering sports physicals for any students that will be playing sports this school year. The cost is $25.00, please make checks payable to Sunrise Medical Group.

5:45pm-6:15pm Blackboard Presentation in the MPR
6:15pm-6:45pm Pre-School in classrooms
6:30pm-7:00pm Grades JK-2 in classrooms
6:45pm-7:15pm Grades 3-5 in the classrooms
6:30pm-7:15pm Grades 6-8 in the MPR
7:15pm-7:45pm Blackboard Presentation in the MPR

All elementary and junior high students must wear WHITE shirts. JK -3rd grade girls need to wear white shirts with their jumpers. Please make sure your child's hair is cut according to the school dress code.
